NOTIFICATION

Acting on the basis of art. 69 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with art. 69a sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws, item 1983 of 2021) Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf of the Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (OFE PZU) hereby informs that as a result of the increase in the share capital of Medicalgorithmics SA (hereinafter: the Company) through the issue of series I, J, K and L shares registered on November 29, 2022 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warszawa in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 67/2022 of November 29, 2022, the share of votes of OFE PZU Złota Jesień at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company decreased below 10%.

The share of OFE PZU in the share capital and the total number of votes in Medicalgorithmics SA, before and after the above event, is presented in the tables below.
