The Management Board of MEDICALGORITHMICS S.A. with its seat in Warsaw[Issuer, Company], in reference to the Company's current report No.14/2023 of June 14, 2023, hereby informs that today it became aware ofthe issuance of Statement No. 524/2023 of the National Depository forSecurities [Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] of June 16,2023 [KDPW] regarding the assimilation of the Company's series Iordinary bearer shares [the Statement].

Pursuant to the Statement, KDPW decided to assimilate 995,276 series Iordinary bearer shares of the Company under the code PLMDCLG00031[Shares], with shares of the Company traded on the stock exchange underthe code PLMDCLG00015. The assimilation date in the KDPW depositorysystem is June 21, 2023.

Accordingly, the condition precedent for the listing of the Shares, asstated in the Company's current report No. 14/2023, will be fulfilled onJune 21, 2023, and on that date the Shares will be listed on the mainmarket.
