TheManagement Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on June 12, 2024, theCompany received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. -representing Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", ashareholder of the Company, a statement of intent to propose thecandidacy of Ms. Marzena Piszczek for election as a member of theSupervisory Board at the Company's Ordinary General Meeting convened forJune 12, 2024.

Inthe opinion of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., thecandidate's professional career ensures the proper fulfillment of thefunction of an independent member of the Supervisory Board.

Theapplication was accompanied by the candidate's curriculum vitae (CV) anda statement containing consent to the candidacy of Ms. Marzena Piszczek.In addition, the candidate submitted to the Company a statementregarding compliance with the criteria for independence of a member ofsupervisory boards specified in Appendix II to the Recommendation of theEuropean Commission of February 15, 2005 on the role of non-executive orsupervisory directors of listed companies and committees of the(supervisory) board (OJ EU.L.05.52.51) and additional requirementsindicated in the Good Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE.
