The ManagementBoard of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that itadopted a resolution recommending to the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany to cover the net loss for 2022 in the amount of PLN 29 513 000as follows: the loss in the amount of PLN 29 513 000 (twenty ninemillion five hundred thirteen thousand zlotys) will be covered fromprofits from future years. The recommendation of the Company'sManagement Board will be presented to the Annual General Meeting, whichwill make the final decision in this matter.
