Report Content Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that in connectionwith the decision taken on December 23, 2025 by the Bank, the costs oflegal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies recognized inQ4 2025, amounted to PLN 362,1 million. These costs result mainly fromthe update of the forecast regarding the number of court cases and thesettlement program, as well as the update of other model parameters.Thefinal value of costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreigncurrencies in Q4 2025 and financial results will be disclosed in theform of a current report due to be announced on February 10, 2026.
