MARTIFER INFORMS ABOUT THE SALE OF PV SOLAR PARKS

Martifer SGPS, S.A., ("Martifer"), informs about the sale of 100% of Martifer Renovables, ETVE, S.A., owner of six PV Solar Parks in Spain (located in Huelva, Salamanca and Seville) which together have an 8.1 MWp installed capacity.

The selling price, Equity Value, of 100% of the shares of the company Martifer Renovables, ETVE, S.A. amounted to 23,5 million euros.

This sale is part of the Group's asset rotation, value adding, debt reduction and equity strengthening strategy.
