The following is a Company Announcement issued by Mapfre Middlesea p.l.c., pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

With reference to the Company Announcement issued earlier today it is being specified that Montaldo Insurance Agency Limited will become an Agent for Mapfre Middlesea plc with effect from 1 October 2015 only for Motor and Travel classes of insurance business. The agreement is subject to all regulatory approvals from the relevant authorities.
