MAPFRE Middlesea p.l.c ('the Company') announces that Ms Sharon Cilia Tortell has resigned from her position as Chief Officer Internal Audit, with effect from 8th October 2021, for personal reasons.

There are no matters concerning Ms Cilia Tortell that require disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.

The Company has commenced an intensive recruitment process in order to identify a suitable replacement within the shortest time possible.
