MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that Mr Fernando Docampo, who held the position of Assistant General Manager - Commercial, has been assigned another position abroad within the MAPFRE Group and has therefore resigned from his position at MAPFRE Middlesea plc with effect from the 5 July 2017.

There is no other matter concerning Mr Docampo that requires disclosure in terms of the Listing Rules.
