Report Content Fulfilment of the conditions for a permit to conduct business in theŁódź Special Economic Zone

The Management Board of Mabion S.A. (the "Company") hereby announcesthat on December 17, 2025, it received a report from an inspectionconcerning the Company's compliance with the terms and conditions ofpermit No. 301, to conduct business in the Łódź Special Economic Zone(the "Zone") in terms of the Company incurring eligible investmentexpenses in the Zone in the amount of at least PLN 20 million by the endof 2024 and completing the investment by the end of 2024. Based on theaudit, it was determined that both of the above conditions of the permithad been met.

In the period from the date of obtaining the permit to December 31,2024, eligible investment expenditures totaled over PLN 29.9 million.They related to increasing the production capacity of the existingMabion S.A. Medical Biotechnology Scientific and Industrial Complex byretrofitting the production line and purchasing and installingproduction equipment. The investment was completed within the planneddeadline, and the remaining conditions of permit No. 301 were met by theCompany in previous years, as reported by the Company in current reportsNo. 29/2017 of May 31, 2017, and No. 26/2020 of June 23, 2020.

In connection with the above, the Company obtained the right to benefitfrom a tax exemption by the end of 2026 in the amount of up to 45% ofthe maximum eligible investment costs specified in the permit for PLN 26million and the maximum amount of two-year eligible labor costsspecified at PLN 0.65 million.

The Company announced the granting of the above permit in current reportNo. 2/2017 of January 3, 2017. The Company announced changes to theabove permit in current reports No. 9/2020 of February 7, 2020, and No.50/2021 of August 10, 2021.
