未來發展機會

► 一、 處理費用已趨於合理穩定：

原污泥處理費用過低為市場惡性競爭結果，近年來因此趨勢之其他同業廠商或鋌而走險 、或無法繼續經營，現今費用已逐漸提高且會維持現價，乃未來經濟發展所面臨之重大 ， ， ， 挑戰 而此不可逆之趨勢乃因環保意識抬頭 主管機關加強嚴格查緝 現階段各廠商因 熱處理法之先天缺點而缺乏出處收受所苦，同業廠商已由2年前40餘家減少至現今20餘 家，且僅有少數公司計畫未來加入此市場競爭，故而污泥市場價格易漲難跌。 二、 專利處理技術及整套服務精神： 本廠創新之處理技術已申請專利授權，藉由各項保護可維持本廠權益，並為未來創新研 發之重要基礎；而未來公司營運上軌道後，考慮前端清運及後端再利用市場狀況，本公 ， ， 司可拓展經營模式 將科技工業所產生之廢水污泥直接簽約收受處理完畢 不須另行透 過其他廠商仲介，而可大幅增加利潤並提高市場需求。

► 三、 分廠開拓業務範圍：

雖臺灣現已無新環保科技園區之開發規劃，但若未來營運穩定後，將考慮增設二廠甚或 三廠，由北向南拓展業務範圍，除可減少運距之成本，更可為中南部污泥處理去化不足 之困境提供解決之出口；另除臺灣本島外，本公司亦邀請北京及上海工業區負責人員至 本廠參觀訪問，針對兩岸環保法規及處理技術互相交流，積極開拓中國大陸市場。

未來發展機會

► 四、 土壤污染整治技術研究：

本廠可運用相同固化法處理受污染土壤，相關土汙整治法令技術現正由EPA初擬試行審核 階段，EPA於104年3月開始核發土汙新代碼處理許可證照，而本公司正式營運後將針對土 汙整治業務開始進行開發拓展與深入研究，以使觀音廠之污泥處理項目增列土壤污染整治 許可代碼。

► 五、 移動式油汙整治技術開發：

土壤污染整治技術包含固化/穩定化、玻璃化法、分離濃縮及植生複育法等處理技術，處 理方式分為現場及離場整治，若為離場整治則需運送至領有處理許可之特定處理廠整治， 如此繁複流程將受嚴格管制；故本公司與美國Green Earth Technologies International, ， Inc . （GET）公司合作建構移動式處理流程 針對內含總石油碳氫化合物或有機化合物等 污染物質之污泥先行經過物理吸附方式進行油水土三相分離，而分離完成之土壤可直接回 填於現址、水可回收於系統中再利用、油則可回收再調製成油基泥漿再利用；而廢水處理 系統可另外去除地下水內所含重金屬及氯鹽，此技術已先行於中國大陸地區模場測試，未 來驗證核可後即可應用於實際土汙場址之整治複育工作。
