Recall and Election of Employee Representatives to the Companys Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Luka Koper, d. d., hereby publishes the following announcement:

We inform the interested public that, at its session held on 11 August 2025, the Works Council of Luka Koper, d. d., recalled the following members of the Supervisory Board – employee representatives in the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper, d. d.: Rok Parovel, Mladen Jovičić, and Mehrudin Vuković.

At the same session, the Works Council elected the following employee representatives to the Supervisory Board:

• David Krmac, with the term of office starting on 12 August 2025 and ending on 19 January 2028,
• Jure Jambrošič, with the term of office starting on 12 August 2025 and ending on 13 September 2028,
• Mara Žerjal, with the term of office starting on 12 August 2025 and ending on 8 April 2029.
