The Supervisory Board appointed two new members of the Management Board
On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:
We inform the interested publics that at today's meeting the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper appointed Gregor Belič and Gorazd Jamnik as new members of the Management Board of Luka Koper d.d. They will start their five-year term on January 1, 2024. Nevenka Kržan remains in the board as president of the management board and Vojko Rotar, as member of the board - labor director.
