Information about the change in the management board
On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:
The Supervisory Board has on its session on 11th November 2022 removed Mr. Robert Rožac as the member of the management board of Luka Koper, d.d. and concluded with him an agreement on the termination of the employment contract.
The areas of work of the dismissed member of the management board will be taken over by other members of the company's management board.
