Notice about appointment of the member of the management board – workers director
In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company Luka Koper, d. d. hereby publishes the following notification:
The Supervisory board has on today's session on the proposal of Worker’s council again appointed Vojko Rotar as a member of the management board - workers director. Vojko Rotar's new term of office as a member of the management board – workers director will begin on February 16, 2023.
