Changes in the Management board of Luka Koper

Pursuant to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the relevant legislation, Luka Koper, d. d. hereby publishes the following information:

The Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. has on today's session (29th Dec 2017) relieved Dragomir Matić from the office of the President of the Management Board, and Irena Vincek and Andraž Novak as members of the Management Board. The Supervisory board has appointed Dimitrij Zadel as the President of the Management Board, Irma Gubanec as a member of the Management Board for Finance and Accounting and Metod Podkrižnik as a member of the Management Board. All three started their five year a mandate as of 29th Dec 2017. In addition, the Supervisory Board appointed Uros Ilić as the president of the Supervisory Board and  Andraž Lipolt as Deputy President. The previous president, Rado Antolovič remains as a member of the Supervisory Board.
