Release of Voluntary Escrow Shares

LGI Limited ( ASX: LGI ) provides notice in accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.10A that 363,333 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares will be released from voluntary escrow on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.

The escrow release is in line with the escrow arrangements detailed in section 6.2.24 of the Prospectus dated 17 August 2022.
