CHAIR AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SUCCESSION

LGI Limited (“ASX: LGI”, “Group” or the “Company”), advises that Mr Vik Bansal has informed the Board of his intention to retire from his role as Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company, no earlier than August 2026.

Mr Bansal will continue in his role until the completion, signing and release of the Company’s full-year FY26 audited financial statements.

To ensure an orderly transition, Board of LGI has commenced a process to search for a successor to Mr Bansal as Chair and Non-Executive Director. The Company will update the market in due course following the appointment of a new candidate.

LGI Founder and Managing Director, Mr Adam Bloomer, said:
