UPDATE ON CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY SUCCESSION
LGI Limited (“ ASX: LGI ”, “ Group ” or the “ Company ”), advises that Mr Dean Wilkinson, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Joint Company Secretary of LGI will retire in September 2026.
Mr Wilkinson will continue in his role and will sign the full-year audited accounts and present LGI’s annual results alongside the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jarryd Doran.
As part of its orderly succession planning and to provide for ample handover time, LGI has commenced a comprehensive search for a Mr Wilkinson’s replacement. The Company will provide a further update to the market once a new candidate has been appointed.
LGI and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Wilkinson for his contribution to the company. Following a long and successful executive career, including nearly 9 years of dedicated service to LGI, the Board congratulates Mr Wilkinson on this milestone and wishes him every success in his future endeavors.
LGI’s Managing Director, Mr Adam Bloomer, said:
