LGI Limited (ASX: LGI) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of LGI Limited (‘LGI’) will be halted at the request of LGI, pending the release of an announcement by LGI.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

LGI’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, LGI Limited (“ ASX:LGI ”, “ Group ” or the “ Company ”) requests an immediate trading halt in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement of a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025 or until the release of the ASX announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company confirms there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
