Description
LGI Limited (‘LGI’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 30 September 2022.
The securities of LGI will commence quotation at 10.30 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 4 October 2022.
LGI raised $25,000,000.50 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 17 August 2022 as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 31 August 2022 (‘Supplementary Prospectus’) (together, the ‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 16,666,667 shares at an issue price of $1.50 per share.
