CHANGE AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

LGI Limited (“ ASX: LGI ”, “ Group ” or the “ Company ”), wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Ms Priyamvada (Pia) Rasal has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately. Ms Rasal, an employee of Automic Group (the Company’s corporate secretarial provider) will replace Mr Hasaka Martin as Company Secretary with effect from today. The Directors wish to thank Mr Martin for his service to the Company.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Priyamvada (Pia) Rasal will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
