– Hawkesbury New 12-year agreement

• Partnership with Hawkesbury City Council since 2015 has reduced CO2e emissions by 94,070 tonnes

• New 12-year agreement to operate and expand biogas collection system

• Project registered with Clean Energy Regulator to produce ACCUs for a further 12 years as an upgrade project

– Bunya Our first battery storage installation

• Purchased Tesla Megapack for our first battery storage installation, at Bunya

• Deploying hybrid battery systems increases our ability to dispatch power at peak periods to optimise the price we receive

• Adding battery storage and optimising our hybrid peaking power stations achieves a significantly higher average price per unit of gas than continuous 24/7 energy export

• Progressing our proprietary Dynamic Asset Control System which automates the process of generating power at the optimal point in the demand cycle

– Mugga Lane AEMO registration

• In 2020, LGI completed 4.2MW biogas to energy plant. Gas field works and innovative plant design have doubled biogas recovery and energy production

• 15-year contract with two five-year options, for carbon abatement and renewable power generation

• June 2022 – LGI achieved AEMO registration as a non-scheduled registered generator, allowing LGI to settle weekly with AEMO in the wholesale market

• Registration shows that LGI systems and governance meet AEMO requirements and establishes a working relationship for future generation registrations

Toowoomba

• Our eighth renewable power station

• Commissioning expected by end 2022

• Capturing biogas from Toowoomba Regional Council landfill, as a reliable, renewable fuel source to supply power directly to Council’s major wastewater treatment facility

• 20-year contract which gives LGI beneficial use rights over the biogas we recover
