KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR 1H FY2024 RESULTS PUBLICATION

Kernel Holding S.A. (the "Company") is announcing that it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the 6 months ended 31 December 2023 on Monday, 4 March 2024, after market closing.

Legal grounds: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading system, and public companies.
