OPERATIONS UPDATE – IMPACT OF THE RUSSIAN WAR AGAINST UKRAINE
Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) reports that its terminal infrastructure in the port of Chornomorsk was damaged as a result of a Russian drone attack targeting the Odesa region during the night of 04–05 June 2026.
As a result of the attack, certain grain storage and handling infrastructure was damaged, causing grain spillage and disruption to terminal operations. Auxiliary warehouse premises were also affected.
The Company is currently conducting cleanup operations and assessing the extent of the damage and related losses. The full operational impact of the attack remains uncertain at this stage, while the damage may have an adverse effect on the terminal’s grain handling capacity and disrupt normal operations during the recovery period.
Legal grounds: Art. 17 of REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
