OPERATIONS UPDATE – IMPACT OF THE RUSSIAN WAR AGAINST UKRAINE

Kernel Holding S.A. (the "Company") reports that its assets in Chornomorsk were damaged as a result of a Russian drone attack targeting the Odesa region during the night of 03 May 2026.

As a result of the attack, infrastructure, including vegetable oil storage tanks (causing a leakage of approximately 1.1 thousand tons of oil), production facilities, an administrative building, and the central control room were damaged. One employee sustained minor injuries and is in stable condition. The Company is currently conducting cleanup operations and assessing the extent of the damage and related losses.

Legal grounds: Art. 17 of REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
