KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR FY2024 RESULTS

Kernel Holding S.A. is announcing that it will report its Consolidated Financial Statements for year ended 30 June 2024 on Monday, 28 October 2024, after the market closing.

Management will not hold a conference call to present the report, considering that no information additional to the one provided in the report is to be presented during such call.

Legal grounds: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading system, and public companies.
