KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR Q1 FY2025 RESULTS PUBLICATION

Kernel Holding S.A. (the "Company") is announcing that it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 30 September 2024 on Friday, 13 December 2024, after market closing.

Additionally, the Company is announcing that:

• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 31 December 2024 on Monday, 20 January 2025, after market closing;
• it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 31 December 2024 on Friday, 28 February 2025, after market closing;
• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 31 March 2025 on Monday, 21 April 2025, after market closing;
• it will report its Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March 2025 on Friday, 30 May 2025, after market closing;
• it will report its Operations Update for the three months ended 30 June 2025 on Monday, 21 July 2025, after market closing;

Finally, the Company is announcing that it will publish its Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 on Monday, 27 October 2025, after market closing.

Legal grounds: Art. 17 of REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
