AGM APPROVES DIVIDEND OF USD 0.44 PER SHARE
Kernel Holding S.A. informs that its annual general meeting of shareholders held on 10 December 2021 approved a dividend of USD 0.44 per share. The general meeting delegated to the Board of Directors to set up record and payment dates to distribute the dividends.
