LIST OF SHAREHOLDERS HOLDING AT LEAST 5% OF TOTAL VOTES AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 20 DECEMBER 2022

Pursuant to Art. 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to organized Trading, and Public Companies, Kernel Holding S.A. informs that the shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20 December 2022 at 3.00 p.m. (Luxembourg time) at the Company's registered office, 9 rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, jointly held 38,346,946 shares out of total of 84,031,230 shares. The following entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the total votes during the meeting:

• Namsen Limited. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 31,974,011 equals to 83.4% votes present at the meeting and 41.3% of the total vote.
