SUBJECT: Supervisory Board session held
At the session of the Supervisory Board of Jadran d.d., held on 23 January 2018, the Supervosory Board made the following decisions:

Dismissed Dino Manestar, OIB: 16037168220, from the position of the President of the Management Bord, due to the expiration of the mandate

Appointed Pero Matić, OIB: 88926080856, for the President of the Management Board

Appointed Marija Galjanić Sovar, OIB: 26256457137, for a Management Board member
The decisions on the dismissal of the President of the Management Board and the appointment of the new President of the Management Board were unanimously adopted.
The decision on appointing a member of the Management Board was adopted with three POSITIVE votes. Marija Galjanić Sovar, a member of the Supervisory Board, withdrew herself from voting at this point.
These decisions come into force on the day of their adoption.
