SUBJECT: Receipt of Binding Offers

JADRAN d.d. with its registered office in Crikvenica, Bana Jelačića 16, PIN: 56994999963 (hereinafter: Company), in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act and Stock Exchange Rules, and further to the Resolution of the General Assembly of the Company on Commencement of the Process of Capitalization and Finding of a Potential Investor dated 23 March 2026 (hereinafter: Resolution), announces that the Company has on 8 June 2026 received binding offers for capitalization of the Company from potential investors. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company shall consider the received offers and shall thereafter, in accordance with the Resolution, submit to the General Assembly a proposal for selection of a binding offer with an explanation and shall propose adoption of the relevant resolutions. The Company shall timely inform the investment public on the further course of the process.
