SUBJECT: Resolutions passed at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Jadran, Plc. (Jadran d.d.), Crikvenica

The meeting of the Supervisory Board of Jadran, Plc. (hereinafter referred to as: "Company") was held on April 29, 2019 and concluded on April 30, 2019.

The Supervisory Board:

• 1. adopted the Company's Annual Condition and Business Report for 2018,
• 1. accepted the 2018 Annual Financial Statements Audit Report prepared by PWC, the Company's auditor,
• 1. reviewed the annual financial statements and found no objections to the same, while leaving the passing of the ratification decision to the Company's General Meeting,
• 1. duly noted the Resolution determining that, in the business year that ended on December 31, 2018, the Company achieved an operating loss in the amount of HRK13,957,460,
• 1. duly noted the consolidated and non-consolidated quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2019.
