IREN S.p.A. - Notice of filing of the updated Procedure on related party transactions
Reggio Emilia, 28 June 2021 — IREN S.p.A. announces that the updated Procedure regarding transactions with related parties of IREN S.p.A. has been published on the website www.gruppoiren.it, section "Investors / Corporate Governance / Related Parties / Procedure regarding transactions with related parties". The updated Procedure was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company today, subject to the unanimous favourable opinion of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties and it will be effective from 1 July 2021. The text of the updated Procedure regarding transactions with related parties of IREN S.p.A. it is also available on the authorized storage mechanism " Sdir Storage" (/PORTALEONEINFO/).
