The Board of Directors of IREN S.p.A. adopts the Corporate Governance Code
Reggio Emilia, 18 December 2020 – Today, the Board of Directors of IREN S.p.A. resolved to adopt the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the Italian Corporate Governance Committee and published on 31 January 2020.
The Company will apply the new Code as of 1 January 2021, reporting to the market in Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report pursuant to the Article 123-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, which will be published in 2022.
The Board of Directors also approved a document highlighting the governance solutions adopted by the Company with reference to the provisions of the Code, a document that will be published on the IREN Group's website by the end of this month.
