Fitch affirms Iren rating: 'BBB' outlook stable

Reggio Emilia, 20 October 2020 – Fitch Ratings Agency has confirmed the BBB rating for Iren with a stable outlook. The assessment is mainly based on the update of the business plan to 2025 which, in continuity with previous years, confirms the prevalence of regulated and quasi-regulated activitiesfor over 70% of the EBITDA and with consequent limited impact from pandemic-related adverse market effects.

Fitch also positively assesses the Group's liquidity profile.
