Iren, Giovanni Gazza new Chief Financial Officer from 1 December 2023
Reggio Emilia, 13 September 2023 – As of 1 December 2023, Mr. Giovanni Gazza will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Iren Group.
Ms. Anna Tanganelli, current CFO of Iren Group, has resigned today, effective as of 30 November 2023, following a new professional opportunity. Based on the information available to the company, Ms. Tanganelli does not hold any ordinary shares of Iren SpA.
Mr. Giovanni Gazza currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Planning and Management Control of Iren and boasts a long experience in the Iren Group within the Administration, Finance and Control area, which began in the AMPS Parma, continued in Enìa, which then became Iren. Mr. Gazza has overseen the main processes of corporate integration and rationalisation, taking care of the financial aspects that have characterised the Group's growth in its various business areas.

Over the next few weeks, the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and the Board of Directors will discuss the measures within their respective competences regarding the new appointment.
