Iren SpA: filing of the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting
Reggio Emilia, 30 May 2023 - In relation to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on May 4, 2023, Iren S.p.A. informs that the minutes and related annexes are available to the public at the Company's registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. pursuant to Article 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, ss.mm.ii. (Consolidated Law on Finance) and Article 85 of Consob Resolution No. 11971 dated 14/5/1999 ss.mm.ii.
