Iren S.p.A .: filing of the Minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting and information on the new Group website

Reggio Emilia, 19 July 2022 – In relation to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 21 June 2022, Iren S.p.A. informs that the minutes and related attachments are available to the public at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. pursuant to art. 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998 and subsequent amendments. (Consolidated Law on Finance) and art. 85 of Consob Resolution 14/5/1999 n. 11971 and subsequent amendments The documents are also available on the website www.gruppoiren.it, Governance - Shareholders' Meeting section as well as on the authorized storage mechanism Sdir / Storage (https:///PORTALE).

On this occasion, Iren S.p.A. informs that from June 20, 2022 the new Group website was launched which includes, among the main innovations, the launch of a section dedicated to corporate governance (called "Governance"), with additional content compared to the previous one, as well as the review of the "Investors" section.

More specifically, in the "Governance" path, in addition to the focus on the Corporate Bodies and the general framework on the Articles of Association and governance of the issuer Iren S.p.A., the sections - partly already present in the previous website - dedicated to, including the other:

• the Shareholders' Meeting of Iren (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/meeting.html);
• the Financial Calendar (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/financial-calendar.html);
• the elements and safeguards of internal control, risk management and compliance (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/internal-control-risk-management-andcompliance.html).

In particular, with reference to the latter, attention is drawn to the page dedicated to disclosure on related parties (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/internal-control-risk-management-andcompliance/Transactions-with-related-parties.html), where, in addition to the current Procedure adopted on the subject, also the Information Documents prepared in relation to the individual Transactions of Greater Importance can be found.
