AMENDMENT TO THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS
Rome, 5 February 2026 - The Board of Directors of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT), which met today chaired by Oscar Cicchetti, approved some amendments to the 2026 calendar of corporate events announced on 10 November 2025.
In particular, the Shareholders' Meeting will be held on 30 April 2026 instead of 14 April and the Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft Financial Statements for the year as at 31 December 2025 will be held on 2 April instead of 10 March.
The conference call to present the 2025 results to the financial community will be held on 2 April 2026.
The 2026 calendar of corporate events, incorporating the changes made, is shown below.
