Update on Share Capital
Milan, May 22, 2026 – Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT) announces that, pursuant to the resolution approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 30, 2026, the updated Bylaws were filed with the Business Register on May 21, 2026. This follows the cancellation of 27,895,167 treasury shares without reduction of the Share Capital.
Please note that the resulting amendment to Article 5 of the Bylaws will be effective as of the date of registration of the resolution with the Business Register.
