Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and all other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that our Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e., Link Intime India Private Limited has received information from shareholder on 14[th] June 2023 and 15[th] June 2023 are included in the Annexure A regarding loss of share certificate.
As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
