Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Kunal Thakrar has conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Chief Financial O�icer (KMP) of the Company, due to personal reasons.
He will continue to discharge his duties as the Chief Financial O�icer (KMP), until the close of business hours on Friday, May 29, 2026, to facilitate smooth transition.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is annexed as Annexure A and the letter of resignation is annexed as Annexure B.
