This has reference to your captioned email communication dated April 9, 2026, bearing reference no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/2026-2027/3591, seeking clarification on significant movement in price of equity shares of Integra Engineering India Limited (“the Company”).

In this regard, we would like to submit that the Company has been promptly informing the Stock Exchanges all events, information etc., in accordance with the applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Listing Regulations”).

We believe that there is no material information, event, or development that has been withheld by the Company which, in our opinion, could have a bearing on the price of the Company’s shares. It seems that significant movement in price of equity shares of the Company is purely due to the market conditions and absolutely market driven.
