Dear Sir,

Keeping in view various amendments in the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4[th] February 2022 have adopted a revised policy on materiality of events and its disclosures to the Stock exchange with revision in authorities as well.

The Board has authorized the following KMPs to determine either jointly and / or severally the materiality of any event or information and to make appropriate disclosures / submission of the same to the stock exchange.
