Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 31[st] March 2021 in accordance with the Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31[st] March 2021 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.

The Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
