Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that in order to stop the further spread of Corona Virus and as per the Government lockdown directives the company’s operations have been shut down till 15[th] of April, 2020.

The Company will continue to monitor the situation and will consider resumption of its operations / offices once the situation improves. In the current uncertain situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company.
