Subject: Closure of Trading Window- SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 1[st ] April 2020 in accordance with the Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours from conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31[st] March 2020 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.

The Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
