Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and all other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that our Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e., Link Intime India Private Limited has received information from shareholders on 14[th ] February 2024 and the same is included in the Annexure A regarding loss of share certificate.
As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
