Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and all other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that we have received information from our Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e., Link Intime India Private Limited on 19[th] May 2024, regarding loss of share certificate(s) by a shareholder/claimant and the same is enclosed below as Annexure A.
As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25[th] January 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder/claimant after compliance of required formalities.
